Let's Talk About Figure


Hello Everyone!!
Today is my nephew’s birthday (Ate’s 2nd child Gelo) at wala pa akong balita kung anong handa. Alam nyo naman ang lola nyo, hindi nagpapahuli sa handaan.
Hahahaha. Charot.
Naloloka na talaga akong tunay friends! I said to myself na diet na talaga ako at hindi na ko kakain ng rice. True enough, I seldom eat rice na nga. I know may “seldom” pa rin but sooner or later, no rice na talaga itey.
Pramis!!
Last night, I went where Daryl was working. Meron pa silang customer so I stayed outside the store muna while looking at him. I was waiting for him to notice me kasi glass door naman so he can see me eh.
I was standing there for 5 minutes pero waley. Hindi nya ako tinitingnan.
Loss ang beauty ko.
Anyway, while I was looking at him. I definitely saw his potential of being a successful person. He was so focused at ang sipag kaya nga hindi nya napansin ang sexy lady na nakatayo sa may pinto across him. That or hindi lang talaga ako sexy kaya hindi nya ako napansin. Hmmmm..
Speaking of sexy, if you have been reading my blog, or probably looked on the right side where it has my link to Lookbook.nu, you will notice how sexy I am. Ok, sexy might not be the word pero yung figure ban a hindi sobrang taba at hindi rin naman sobrang payat. Kung sexy ang tawag dun, sige tatanggapin ko na.
Hahaha. Choz. =)


This was my photo before I found out that I was pregnant. I attended the christening of my second inaanak. I didn’t realize na I have not have my period back then kaya look at my tummy, obyus ang tyan at puson, hehe. I was able to wear that dress pa even when I was almost 3 months pregnant during Daryl’s cousin’s wedding, Mejo halata na nga lang na malaki ang puson.

I would like you to meet Sokey pala. Jogging/office mate ko yan. I mentioned before here na I so liked her na kasi I get to share some of my stories to her and she seemed affected. Hahaha. Ang saya kaya mag kwento sa taong ganon kasi they look interested in listening to you and craving for more stories diba? Hehe.
I was trying to jog at least 3 times a week lang kasi ayoko naman biglain ang katawan ko. Matagal – tagal din akong waley na exercise (1) when I got pregnant and (2) I delivered through C-section so mejo matagal ang healing process bago sumabak sa mga strenuous activity na yan.

I am trying my best din na hindi masyado magkakain talaga. I eat small meals frequently. Bread, or ulam lang. Pero one thing that I noticed talaga is that, whenever I go jogging or brisk walking, hindi ako pinagpapawisan ng sobra. I get so frustrated na nga eh kasi I feel na parang lalo akong nahihirapan makabalik sa pre-pregnancy figure ko.
I remembered having so much pawis was when I have been doing aerobics before I got pregnant with James. Ang pampalubag loob ko na lang for now, (1) Don’t stress myself too much kasi almost 6 months pa lang naman since I gave birth to James (2) Pang aerobics level lang siguro talaga ang peg ko, yung tipong mga 20 minutes kang nagsasasayaw ng walang hintuan. I missed that so much talaga. Hayy..

Ma share ko lang, before nung mejo kapayatan days ko pa, If I noticed that my tummy is getting big because of non-stop lamon, I’ll exercise with aerobics. I found a video in youtube that has 6 sessions of them. Warm up lang nila, winner na! I swear.
If I found myself naman na I have not pooped yet, I’ll eat pineapples or drink Biguerlai tea if all else fails.
They have been telling me na papaya pa daw ako dahil less than 6 months pa lang naman. I am crossing my fingers na it will kasi kung hindi? Magwawala ako.
Hahahaha. Joke lang. =)
I have to work hard next time. I won’t stress myself na lang muna about my figure. Baka pumayat nga ako, pumagit naman ako sa kakaisip ko kung paano ako papayat. Heheheh.
