Kamusta mga mothers?! Ang aking ambisyosang peg ay nagbabalik!
Last night, my officemate, Sokey reminded me to not forget to
bring my rubber shoes kasi nga as I have mentioned on my previous post eh magja
jogging nga kami later after ng shift namin at Ayala Triangle.
Kaya
lang nung nag trending sya last year eh I was preganant naman so ayun eh hindi
ako maka-join.
I’ll tell you more of our jogging experience in another post J excited na ako eh! Hehe *beautiful
eyes*
Last night, I went to Ate’s office. I texted her na dadaan ako sa
house nila to borrow a rubber shoes kasi I don’t have one. I think I have to
invest on a nice rubber shoes no?! Kasi kung plano ko naman talagang karerin
ang pagja jogging eh dapat may maganda akong shoes to motivate me more! Haha.
I thought, whatever! Hahah. Napaka supportive lang ha.
We had chikahan muna in her office while she’s finishing some
office stuff. By the way they have their own business pala.
We walked on the way to their home at ng pumayat naman kami ng
konti.
As soon as we got home, I overheard na sinabi ni Lalai, her
eldest, na her juices came already. Napag usapan pa naman namin a while ago na
ako na lang sana ang nag pick up ng juices sa cash and carry kasi it’s near our
office lang naman.
But then it came, so I immediately opened the fridge to look on
the juices. Oh yeah! Mas excited pa ako sa kanya! Hahaha.
Me: Kiber ko! Hahahaha.
I got at least 3 at hand to check how it looked like. Ok naman ang
hitsura.
She placed 2 bottles sa freezer para mas lumamig pero she removed
it agad kasi baka daw mabasag yung bottle.
We sat on their dining table kasi it was prepared na for dinner.
Yung green
muna ang iinumin ko.
Me: Bakit may schedule ba yan?
Ate: Dapat daw kasi if green, green lang ang iinumin mo blah blah
blah..
Hindi ko na narinig ang sinabi nya. Haha
She got one out of fridge and smelled it. Tapos yung mukha niya
parang ginusot eh. Haha.
Lalai did the same nung inamoy nya. Hindi ko na inamoy kasi if I
smelled it, I have the tendency na hinid ko na gustuhin pang tikman lalo kapag
hindi ko type ang amoy. Nag sip ng konti si ate then I said,
Me: Patikim nga din ako konti lang.
Nung nainom ko as in sip lang konting – konti lang ha?!
Grabe ateh! Parang masuka -
suka ako! Sobrang hindi ko type to the highest level. Para akong ngumuya ng
damo at nilunok. I drank water right after kasi hindi ko type ang mga after taste saka I am not a
fan of vegetables talaga.
I really can’t take
it eh. I can only count those vegetables that I eat depende pa sa klase ng
luto.
Yew!!!
My sister said na hindi din naman nya kaya yung ginawa ni Yasmien
Kurdi na nag juicing diet for a month ata. She can do it daw prolly about 7
days lang. Imagine??? 7 days na nagju juice ka lang?? I’m gonna die na nun!
Haha.
My Ate’s aim naman is the detox for the meantime. Sabi niya kasi
saken na it will reset the metabolism daw. She felt hers is getting mabagal na.
metabolism.
Ate: (nodding her head)
Me: So ngayon alam mo na kung bakit bumabagal metabolism mo ha?!
Hahahahaha. And she admits. J
I don’t know the taste of other juices ha?! There were red, orange and green colored juices sa fridge ni ate. I tasted the Green Medley ata yun. Ate said ok naman daw. Siguro it’s not for me lang kasi war nga
kami ng mga veggies. I’ll ask her what changes she will feel after 3 days na nag ju
juice sya. I’ll post her feedbacks here. Happy juicing!! J
