My Last Weekend

Hi everyone! It’s Monday after Holy Week. How’s your day? Ako mejo muntik lang ma stress sa traffic pero kineri ko nman. =) Uwian kasi ng madlang people from their provinces kaya traffic is everywhere. Leave early so you won’t get late to work ok? Di yan effective sakin dati but now? Nasasayangan na ako sa bawat late or absences ko. Motherhood changed the hell out of me talaga, but I’m proud of it. Yan na ang bago kong motto. Heheheh. =)

Anyway, Last Friday, I went to work. We were asked if we wanted to take a leave weeks before Holy Week pero I didn’t. Sayang naman kasi ang double pay diba? Papasukin ko ang lahat ng double pay to earn more. Hehehe. Nagsisi lang ako ng very very light kasi I should have spent an extra day sana with James kaya lang it’s too late na. I can’t be absent.

So going back, last Friday, I was wondering kung sang lupalop ako ng mundo kakain for lunch kasi almost all establishments were closed. The only store I saw open was Wendy’s near LRT Gil Puyat. Hindi kakasya ang 1 hour lunch ko going there, tapos kakain pa then go back under the heat of the sun. No way! The only store open naman sa building namin is Ministop. Naloka ako kasi halos walang tinda!! Buti na lang, later that morning, KFC and Mcdo Buendia opened kaya I had somewhere to eat. I was just shock kasi that same day, one of our Team Lead treated us for a KFC bucket so mejo nakatipid ako ng lunch. Mejo shy lang akish kasi the other day, she bought pizza from Pizza hut naman to treat us kasi we designed the team bulletin bord. Waley naman ako masyadong papel dun pero they called me to share their food. How thoughtful of my friends kahit ang ginawa ko lang naman eh ang paghiwalayin according to sizes ang mga picture cut outs nila. Hehehe. =)

Tapos the same day, our team planned to try the BFF meal ng Mcdo. It has 2 big servings of fries then 4 kinds of burger then drinks. I don’t have a picture of the food kasi I was late eh. My shift ends at 6pm while theirs end at 2:30-4:30 pm. Ako may pinaka late na shift so when I get there, lumalafang na sila. I didn’t eat much na kasi that’s the same day we ate the pizza. Sobrang full na ako. I don’t want to feel too full naman before going to bed kasi I will have a hard time sleeping. Back in 2012 kasi, I had ‘acid reflux’. I will tell you more about it in a separate post. =)

Eto na lang ang naabutan ko eh. Hehe. 

 So going back na talaga on Good Friday, heheheh!

Daryl fetch me to work. Wala kasi syang pasok eh. We had this conversation sa phone while he was on his way.

 Daryl was calling me so I immediately run to our restroom to answer his call. 

Daryl: An.. pang.. ng building nyo?

Me: Ha?

Daryl: Anong pang.. ng building nyo!

His line was crackling and I really can't hear him well.

Me: Ano? Yung building namin?

Daryl: Ay hindi!!!! Oo yung building nyo nga!

He is getting really pissed kasi I can't understand him eh he was on a hurry.

Daryl: Brrr rar la laa.. building nyo!!

Me: Ano nga? Anong building namin?

Daryl: Yung building nyo anong pangalan.

Me: Ahh.. Blah blah 

Toot Toot Toot...

Binabaan ako! I went out ng nakasimangot from restroom.

I texted him. Makasabi ka ng bobo eh hindi ko nga naririnig yung sinasabi mo. Sobra ka naman!

He replied: Wala naman akong sinabing bobo. Imbento ka na naman Halikan kita jan eh.

I replied: A wala ba? Sabi ko sayo di ko marinig yung sinsabi mo eh. 

Hahahahah.

Oh ayan, ako na naman si assuming na froglet. 

Mejo bingi lang talaga ako. Hehe.

In a completely different topic, I watched the Gandang Gabi Vice last night. It was funny din no?! Pero there were times na hindi ko lang talaga like ang jokes ni Vice lalo na pag mejo personal pero, he was funny pa din most of the time. Grabe! Napaghahalataang hindi ako masyadong nanunuod ng TV kasi that was when I realized na teenager na sina Nash Aguas at Sharlene San Pedro.

OMG. I am so late na talaga!! Ang tanda ko na pala, naisip ko. I was able to watch them before when they joined the Star Circle Quest ng ABS-CBN tapos ngayon mga dalaga at binata na!

Hayy.. Time flies fast talaga. Before you knew it, may asawa na sila. Hehehe. =)
